Refund Policy

14 days, no questions

If a paid plan is not what you needed, ask for a refund within 14 days of your first payment and we refund it in full. This applies to the first payment of a subscription, monthly or yearly.

After 14 days

Renewals and payments older than 14 days are not refunded. You can cancel at any time from the billing portal on the keys page and no further payment is taken; the plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for.

When something goes wrong on our side

If the API was unavailable for a significant part of a billing period, or you were charged in error, write to us and we will refund or credit the affected amount regardless of the 14 day window.

How to ask

Write to [email protected] from the email address on your account, or reply to your receipt. Refunds are issued by Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record, to the original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days.
